All products are subject to availability. In rare cases, if an item is unavailable, we may cancel or replace it with your consent.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices displayed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (as specified).

Payments must be made online through our secure payment gateway.

We reserve the right to update prices without prior notice.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We deliver only to serviceable pin codes listed on our website.

Delivery slots can be selected at checkout.

While we strive for timely delivery, delays may occur due to factors beyond our control (traffic, weather, etc.).

5. Cancellations, Returns & Refunds

Once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Due to the perishable nature of meat and seafood, no returns, refunds, or exchanges are allowed.

In case of a wrong/damaged product delivered, you must notify us immediately upon delivery with proof (photo/video), and we will resolve the issue at our discretion.

6. User Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for storing and handling delivered products safely.

Meato.shop will not be liable for issues arising from improper storage or delay in consumption after delivery.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and product descriptions on Meato.shop are owned by us and cannot be used without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

Meato.shop is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our maximum liability in any case shall not exceed the value of the product ordered.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Bangalore courts.
